How does RTT
In a state of deep relaxation, also known as hypno-trance, research is primarily carried out into the cause and origin of today's limiting symptoms, behavioral patterns, or limiting emotions, beliefs, ideas and topics. This deeply relaxed state can also be described as "sleeping the nervous system" and having an absolutely clear mind in connection with the subconscious.

With this powerful method, I work with my clients to replace outdated beliefs and stressful emotions with potent positive trains of thought, feelings and behaviors. This helps make desired personal goals easier to achieve in order to live the life that one desires.
This extremely dynamic and effective therapy (RTT) not only helps to gain a new view of things, but also anchors them in the subconscious in the long term. It is essential to listen to the personalized transformation recording of around 15-20 minutes every day for 21 days. Starting right after the session. It can also be heard several times a day.

The mind learns through repetition. ​
By listening to the recording for 21 days or more, paths and connections between the neurons are re-established. It is like training the brain and its neuroplasticity. When new connections are made and new paths strengthened, new behaviors can become second nature.

Usually 1-3 sessions are sufficient to achieve a desired change on a topic. For a more complex topic, 3-6 sessions can be helpful.​
