Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
is a breakthrough therapy developed by Marisa Peer (London, UK) and is based on the science of neuroplasticity and combines the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy including psychotherapy, NLP, CBT cognitive behavioral therapy and neuroscience

How does RTT


In a state of deep relaxation, also known as hypno-trance, research is primarily carried out into the cause and origin of today's limiting symptoms, behavioral patterns, or limiting emotions, beliefs, ideas and topics. This deeply relaxed state can also be described as "sleeping the nervous system" and having an absolutely clear mind in connection with the subconscious.  

With this powerful method, I work with my clients to replace outdated beliefs and stressful emotions with potent positive trains of thought, feelings and behaviors. This helps make desired personal goals easier to achieve in order to live the life that one desires.

This extremely dynamic and effective therapy (RTT) not only helps to gain a new view of things, but also anchors them in the subconscious in the long term. It is essential to listen to the personalized transformation recording of around 15-20 minutes every day for 21 days. Starting right after the session. It can also be heard several times a day.  

The mind learns through repetition. ​
By listening to the recording for 21 days or more, paths and connections between the neurons are re-established. It is like training the brain and its neuroplasticity. When new connections are made and new paths strengthened, new behaviors can become second nature.  

Usually 1-3 sessions are sufficient to achieve a desired change on a topic. For a more complex topic, 3-6 sessions can be helpful.​

  • Do you do Sessions in English?
    Yes! I studied with Marisa Peer London, UK - and the whole Training is in English. Beside RTT, most of what I studied and learned has been trained in English. I am looking forward to work with you.
  • Wie schnell wirkt RTT Hypnotherapy?
    Dies ist bei jedem Mensch und jedem Thema individuell. Man geht von 3 Grundveränderungen aus. Dies kann Eine, der 3 Grundveränderungen sein, oder eine Kombination. 1. Unmittelbare Veränderung: Sie spüren sofort eine massive Veränderung innerhalb und unmittelbar danach. 2. Eine Schrittweise Veränderung: Sie sehen jeden Tag oder im Laufe der Zeit beständige Fortschritte und Veränderungen in Ihren Gefühlen und Verhaltensweisen. 3. Retrospective Veränderung: Man sieht die Veränderung nicht sofort und irgendwann viel später blickt man zurück und realisiert all die erstaunlichen Dinge, die sich im Leben verändert haben.
  • Ich kann Kontrolle nicht los lassen! Funktioniert es trotzdem?
    Ja absolut! Der Zustand von Hypno-Trance ist eine Tiefen-Entspannen und in der Verbindung mit dem Unterbewusstsein entsteht ein klare Wacheheit. Man kann auch jederzeit auf die Toilette gehen, während der Sitzung. Bei Online-Sitzungen kann auch mal das Internet unterbrechen (sehr selten). Man kann sich ohne weiteres unmittelbar darum kümmern und gleich wieder einsteigen und mit der Sitzung fortfahren. Um ein Gefühl von Selbstsicherheit zu wahren - besteht die Möglichkeit, durch eine Selbst-Hypnose Aufnahme von ca. 10 Minuten, sich den Einstieg in die Hypnose familiär zu machen und sich selbst so auf die Sitzung vorzubereiten, wenn man dies möchte als Unterstützung. Diese Aufnahme stelle ich zur Verfügung nach einem Discovery Call und nach der schriftlichen definitiven Anmeldung - durch das Anmeldeformular.

  • Ich habe Höhenangst und kann nicht in die Tiefe gehen! Gibt es eine Möglichkeit für mich trotzdem in einen Zustand von Hypnose zu gehen
    In diesen Fällen wählen wir jeweils andere Bilder und Wort für dein Einstieg (für die Induktion). Die Bilder können im Vorbereitungs-Gespräch entsprechend besprochen werden, so dass ein Gutes Gefühl von Sichterheit beim Einstieg gewährleistet ist.
  • Kann man die Sitzung auch Online machen?
    Ja. Viele Sitzungen finden Online statt, für KundInnen die weit Weg oder im Ausland leben. Beide Varianten sind genau gleich effektive!
  • Was beinhaltet "1-RTT Session Programm""
    1-RTT Session Programm, beinhaltet folgendes - Vorbereitungs-Gespräch per Zoom - ca. 45 Minuten - RTT Hypnose Sitzung - 2-3 Stunden - Eine personalisiertes Recording, um 21 Tagen zu hören - Transformations-Recording 15-20 Minuten - Healing Vortex - Recording ca. 30 Minuten - nach 7 Tagen ein kurzes Check-in Telefonat - 15 Minuten - nach 21 Tagen ein Follow-up Zoom Gespräch - Reflektion 30 - 45 Minuten
